We recommend canceling beforehand.
You'll still have access to your subscription until the paid period is over.

📝 Describe the situation as detailed as possible and attach a screenshot of the store or bank receipt. It must show the transaction date, price and the transaction ID (for Google Play: GPA.Number).
*Please note that deleting the app doesn't automatically cancel the subscription. All subscriptions should be managed in your App Store or Google Play account.
